First setup
Getting online for the first time
- Open the resident portal from your welcome message or sticker.
- Sign in with the email address or mobile number on your lease.
- Use the resident Wi-Fi name and password shown in the portal.
Knowledge base
Start with the quick checks below, then open a ticket from the resident portal if something still needs attention.
Property context
Use a property URL such as /anden when a sticker or portal link sends you here. The article guidance stays public and does not expose resident account data.
First setup
Wi-Fi network
Use the network name shown in your resident portal. Some properties also provide a roaming network for shared areas; your resident password works there when roaming is enabled for the property.
Password
Password reveal and reset require a signed-in resident session. If you cannot sign in, open a ticket and choose the Wi-Fi password category.
Troubleshooting
Outage
If every device is offline, check service status first. If no incident is posted, open a ticket and include whether wired devices, Wi-Fi devices, or both are affected.
Devices
Confirm the password was entered exactly and that the device supports WPA2 or WPA3 personal Wi-Fi. For TVs, game consoles, printers, and smart-home devices, include the model in your ticket.
Move-in
Your resident account is tied to the active lease record. If the portal cannot find you, open a ticket with your property, unit, and move-in date so support can verify the lease import.
Tickets
Include your unit, affected room, device type, what you already tried, and whether the issue is constant or comes and goes. Clear details help support attach calls, texts, and follow-up notes to the same case.
