These terms cover WeSupportWiFi support communications for managed residential internet service.
Support communications
WeSupportWiFi may contact you about support requests, account access, callbacks, service status, setup, maintenance, and other operational issues related to managed internet service at your property.
SMS terms
By opting in, you agree to receive recurring support and account text messages from WeSupportWiFi. Message frequency varies based on account and support activity. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help.
Opt-out
You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP to a WeSupportWiFi text message. After opting out, you may still receive non-SMS support communications where permitted, such as portal or email updates.
No emergency service
WeSupportWiFi support communications are not an emergency service. For emergencies, contact local emergency services or the property management emergency contact.
