SMS consent
WeSupportWiFi sends support and account text messages only to residents and property contacts who ask for text messages or explicitly opt in.
What messages are for
Text messages may include resident sign-in links or codes, support ticket updates, callback coordination, service status notices, account activation help, Wi-Fi setup help, and responses to resident-initiated support requests. We do not use this program for marketing.
How you opt in
- During resident setup or move-in, you may enter your mobile number, choose SMS or Text as a contact method, and check an unchecked consent box agreeing to receive WeSupportWiFi support and account text messages.
- In the resident portal, you may choose Text for sign-in or support communication only after your mobile number has been associated with your resident record and SMS consent is active.
- During a phone support call, you may request a callback or texted account-access link. We send texts only when the caller matches a resident record with active SMS consent.
- A Cal MSP operator may record SMS consent from a resident request, lease onboarding record, or property-managed contact update. Operator changes are audited.
Required disclosure
By opting in, you agree to receive recurring support and account text messages from WeSupportWiFi at the mobile number you provide. Message frequency varies based on your account and support activity. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help.
Opt out and help
Reply STOP to any WeSupportWiFi text message to stop receiving text messages. Reply HELP for help. You can also open a support ticket from the resident portal or use the support knowledge base.
Privacy
We do not sell or share mobile opt-in data, SMS consent, or mobile numbers with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See the WeSupportWiFi privacy policy for details.
